Right of withdrawal for consumers 

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

Our standard return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed after receiving the goods, we usually cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You have the right to refund your goods after 14 days

. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you have one or have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered in a single manner;

return , these must be taken over directly by the contractor. If this is not possible, customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@luxecosmetics.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
